Happy Endings

A very good movie with complex characters leading complex and messy lives. Not since American Beauty has there been such a jaw dropping film about people living in the suburbs. And it has alot of Beauty's themes as we follow these flawed people around and try make sense out of everything. There are some laughs along the way too. And Tom Arnold-- yes, I almost left the box office once I heard he was in it myself-- will astonish you. Hmmm? Perhaps with his bar set so low there was no where to go but up. Tom? I'd quit while I was ahead if I were you-- but I fear you'll take the money when they offer you the Porkys' 5 script. ... Oh, well. ... Very good, movie. Highly recommended.
