Surprise movie of the holiday season. I got dragged kicking and screaming to with promises of seeing a sci-fi flick after, and I have to confess it blew me away. Smart writing, great cast and acting raised this to the top of the heap for coming age stories. As far as writing goes it ranks up there Parenthood. Very, very good. Funny, with a point, and superior characterization. Real. Highly recommended.
