Well, it's over. ... Fans will be pleased, those unfamiliar with the whole thing will be lost. George did an excellent job wrapping things up, but at times there were some questionable actions and back peddling through the plots of six movies to streamline the series. Poor Yoda, you know he just cares about other people's opinions way too much. C3PO gets a nasty little bit of news. Luke gets born. The Jedi get their butts kicked, and the Empire gets going. ... Talk about the most anti-climatic movie of our time. Didn't I know all this was going to happen? I did, and so did you. I guess it's the how, and seeing old friends-- not the least of which is that galaxy far far away. A success on many fronts, the movie loses some points on continuing to give us this love story with deadpan lines and acting, and it's distracting as the characters talk about democracy and the birth of Empire-- in space? Hmmm? Can't read anything into that. ... Good job George!
