The Constant Gardener

A very well done movie. It had alot of good things going for it: tight story, fienne acting, great cinematography, and Rachel Wiess nude-- okay she was pregnant, but it counts all right? Shot ala Traffic, 21 Grams, the movie is stunning just in its pretty pictures. The story's twists and turns keep the viewer guessing, and the subject matter is spot on without getting heavy handed. It does somewhat fail on originality, though, as it disintegrates into the big company bad guy vs. the little too nosy hero plot, but then scores points on a poignant ending. Highly recommended-- unless you're on depressants.
